A sample menu is detailed below to give you an idea of the types of dishes I can create for you. If you'd like something more bespoke or have special dietary requirements such as gluten-free or vegan, I would be happy to accommodate you. Please contact me to discuss your needs. 
 

CANAPÉS: 

Goat cheese, red onion chutney  
Pork cheek, white onion puree, rye bread 
smoked salmon blinis, creme fraiche , caviar 
 

STARTERS: 

Chanterelle and oyster mushroom risotto with parmesan  
Poached salmon, fennel and apple salad, pickled cucumber, samphire 
Pressed duck leg, grilled baby gem, pomegranate, sour dough .  
 

MAINS: 

Slow cooked pork belly, truffle mash potato, wild mushroom 
Pan-fried cod, creamy leek, smoked pancetta , mussels sauce
